I tried following the in-app tutorial to connect Filo to my phone but it didn’t work, what can I do?

iPhone

Before starting, make sure that you have Bluetooth turned on

If your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on, please follow these steps to connect Filo to your phone.

  1. Close the Filo app, go into your iPhone’s Settings and click on Bluetooth.
  2. Verify that there are no ‘FILO’ listed under ‘My Devices’.
  3. If there are any ‘FILO’ listed, click the ‘i” on the right-hand side of the device name and then select ‘Forget This Device’.
  4. Now reset your Filo by holding down the button on the device until it rings.
  5. Reopen the Filo app and follow the in-app instructions once again from the beginning making sure that when the pop-up Bluetooth Pairing Request message shows up, to click ‘Pair’.  If this message does not show up, the pairing was not successful.  In this case, you need to start again from Step 1.

PLEASE NOTE: Once you have successfully paired Filo to your phone, you no longer need to go through this process again.
